Enquire

We want to get to know you, your vision and your aspirations. Our first obligation-free conversation is a chance for us to get to know each other and your project. Meet at our office or your place (whatever works for you) to talk about your ideas and needs and form a solid foundation for your project.

Design

After listening to your vision, we’ll narrow down your floor plan options and craft designs – from rough sketches to detailed 3D drawings that bring your ideas to life – to help you visualise your new dream home. We’ll present a proposal so you can make an informed decision on working with us.

Quotes

Upon completion and finalisation of the design, we will provide a comprehensive building quote detailing the full scope and associated costs of your project. This document will include a thorough description of the proposed works, an itemised breakdown of costs, payment terms, and projected timelines—ensuring you remain fully informed and confident throughout the process.

Contracts

Upon signing your fixed-price building contract, which comprehensively outlines all construction costs to prevent any unforeseen expenses, construction will typically commence within four weeks. Throughout the process, you will receive regular site meetings and consultations with Joel and Belinda, who will guide you and provide detailed explanations of each stage of the project.

Construction

By having our design-build team collaborate seamlessly toward a shared vision, we simplify and streamline your construction process. Our integrated approach ensures that construction is fully prepared, with potential issues already addressed before work begins, eliminating any conflicts between design and construction plans. The result is a faster, more efficient build, with a smoother process compared to traditional, separate design and build services.

Handover

Congratulations! Your new home is complete and (almost) ready. Before handing over the keys, we’ll conduct an in-depth walkthrough to ensure everything works and hand over certificates of compliance and warranties. For the next three months, we’ll keep in touch to address any maintenance items and check in to see how you’ve settled into your new home.
