Giuseppe has been a valued member of the Oztech family for more than seven years, growing from a labourer into one of our trusted supervisors. His eagerness to learn and dedication to excellence have allowed him to develop deep expertise in all aspects of construction management. Leveraging his background in IT, Giuseppe brings unique insights into project estimation and planning, making him an invaluable asset to each project from contract signing through to handover.

Sarah is our dedicated Contract Administrator, bringing over 15 years of valuable experience from her background in drafting and Melbourne council building departments. With her extensive knowledge of council processes and building regulations, Sarah works closely with project managers, trades, and clients, ensuring each project runs smoothly from start to finish. Her expertise and meticulous attention to detail are essential in keeping every Oztech project on track.

Our lead carpenter Kheda is a true country boy from Wangaratta, known for his heart of gold and ever-present smile. Passionate about his craft and always eager to expand his skills, Kheda’s positivity and enthusiasm shine through on every project, helping to bring our clients’ visions to life.

Joining us all the way from the Netherlands, Jorn is a highly skilled carpenter whose meticulous approach sets him apart. With a passion for precision and an exceptional eye for detail, Jorn thrives on tasks that demand patience, accuracy, and craftsmanship. His dedication to quality ensures outstanding results on every Oztech project.

As one of our Lead Carpenters, Craig brings extensive experience from running his own building company as a registered builder. He understands exactly what’s involved in taking projects from initial concept to successful completion. These days, Craig enjoys getting back to basics and working hands-on, happy to leave the paperwork and planning to the rest of our team. His practical knowledge and passion for carpentry help ensure each project meets our highest standards.

Jarrah is our newest team member and a third-year apprentice with timber in his veins, following proudly in his father’s footsteps. Bringing valuable experience from his previous role, Jarrah has spent the last few years honing his skills across civil works, machinery operation, and factory fit-outs. His versatility and dedication make him an exciting addition to our talented team.

Building runs in Jordan’s blood, having grown up around the industry with a father who still owns a successful local construction company. Since day one, Jordan has impressed us with his enthusiasm, proactive attitude, and genuine eagerness to learn. Now a third-year apprentice, he consistently brings energy and dedication to every Oztech project.
